• Chargebacks result in immediate ban

5. Content Ownership

• You own outputs created with proper licensing

• We retain rights to improve AI models

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

• TOS violations

• Payment disputes

• Harmful AI usage

7. Limitation of Liability

Yomsee isn’t liable for:

• Business losses from service interruptions

• Third-party claims about your AI-generated content
